How to order
For credit card payments, you must order online. After you’ve added an item to your cart, you’ll be directed to Paypal where you may pay with your credit card or Paypal account. Orders will be shipped to the address you provide at Paypal. If you’d like your order shipped to a different address, please call or email us. For orders being delivered to California, please add the state tax of 7.25% to your total print order, not including shipping.

Sales tax
A sales tax is charged on all orders shipping to California. Please add the state tax of 7.25% to your total print order, not including shipping charges. No tax is charged for orders shipping to states other than California, or to Canada.

Orders of 7-12 prints are sent in 2 shipping tubes.
All standard delivery orders in the U.S. ship by U.S. Priority Mail.
Canada orders ship by U.S. Global Priority Mail.
Special request shipping (Second Day and Overnight) is by U.S. Mail, UPS or Fedex.

STANDARD DELIVERY
$8.95 for 1-3 prints in any combination. Add $1.00 for each additional print. Delivery time from our warehouse in California is 3-7 business days. All orders are delivered via U.S. Priority Mail. If you wish to receive order and shipping confirmations please provide an email address. Tracking is not available through U.S. Priority Mail services. Orders to Canada are delivered by U.S. Global Priority Mail in 5-10 business days and can not be tracked.
SECOND DAY DELIVERY
Please call or email to arrange for Second Day Delivery. Add $10.00 to the Standard Delivery charge. Not available for orders to Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Boxes or Canada.
OVERNIGHT DELIVERY
Please call or email to arrange for Second Day Delivery. Add $10.00 to the Standard Delivery charge. Not available for orders to Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Boxes or Canada.
DELIVERY TO CANADA
We ship orders to Canada via U.S. Global Priority Mail. Delivery time is usually 5-10 business days. When your package arrives in Canada it may be subject to import duties and/or taxes which must be paid in order to clear customs. These taxes are not included in our shipping charge and we can not predict what they will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Tracking and Second Day/Overnight services are not available. Sorry, we do not accept returns of orders sent to addresses outside the U.S.

If you want to ship an order to an address outside the U.S., please email us. We will do our best to determine a suitable shipping means. PACKAGING
We carefully package your prints to prevent damage during shipping. A full sheet of tissue paper is laid on the face of each print to protect the image. The rolled prints are then wrapped in heavier tissue paper and inserted in a super sturdy double-walled cardboard shipping tube. However, if your print arrives in anything less than mint condition, we’ll replace it free, shipping included.
Exchanges & Returns
We offer a full exchange or refund on items returned to us within 90 days from addresses within the U.S. To process your refund quickly, we ask that you call or email us before shipping the item back. Please include your receipt, indicate whether you’d like an exchange or refund, and prepay the shipping. If we have made an error on your order, we will pay for all shipping costs.
